Josephine Chua has been active in befriending and counseling delinquent youths since 1985. She was the Assistant Director of Club Outreach, an outreach work among pre-delinquent and delinquent youths, from 1992 to 1995.
From 2000 to 2004, she worked with Changi Women’s Prison to conduct training to equip young offenders with the necessary work and life-skills for the working world.
She has also been instrumental in helping youth organisations pioneer youth programs with government agencies such as WDA and MCYS.
Chua Seng Lee has been volunteering actively and inspiring numerous youths by giving talks, providing counseling and leadership in various projects both locally and internationally since 1985.
He has served as a Council Member of the 9th and 10th National Youth Council, the national co-ordinating body for youth affairs in Singapore and actively promotes overseas youth exchanges, mentorship, youth development and the youth voice.
In line with his deep commitment to youth development, he is also a Certified Practitioner of DISC and TICS behavioural tools, a qualified abstinence trainer, and a certified Adventure Counselor.
